B |   “现在缴纳物业费也能使用公积金,每月能省下200元(人民币,下同),日常养房压力轻了不少。”南宁市民张女士真切感受到公积金新政带来的实惠。不少缴存职工通过“商转公”等政策减负,南宁市民刘先生介绍,办理商业贷款转公积金贷款后,每月月供减少259元,长期可节省利息近8万元,安居获得感显著。  长期以来,外卖骑手、网约车司机、个体经营者等灵活就业群体,其住房保障需求长期得不到制度性回应。  在玉林、百色两个全国试点城市率先探索的基础上,今年以来广西各地陆续出台配套激励政策,优化灵活缴存机制,缴存基数,完善贷款审批标准、还款年龄上限与单位职工保持统一,以灵活适配的政策体系,让新就业形态劳动者真正实现“愿缴可缴、缴有所得、贷有所惠”。  广西区直中心出台灵活就业人员缴存住房公积金新政,年满16周岁且未达到国家法定退休年龄、以自身劳动收入为主要生活来源的灵活就业人员即可参与缴存,不再受户籍或居住地限制,全国范围内符合条件的灵活就业人员均可向区直中心申请缴存。  柳州市对新开户缴存人首次缴存发放200元开户补贴,专科及以上学历的毕业生、退役军人连续缴存满12个月最高可申领2000元缴存补贴。  南宁市8月起实施公积金提取新政,将自有住房装修纳入提取范围,新购建住房装修按每平方米1500元核定,总额不超过20万元;旧房局部翻新改造可一次性提取不超过5万元。同时,阶段性支持购买车位(库)提取,提取总额不超过10万元;购房提取申请时限由2年延长至5年;租房提取额度提高至每人每月1200元,多子女家庭在此基础上再上浮。  桂林市今年也推出惠民新举措。支持提取公积金用于缴纳住宅专项维修资金和住宅老旧电梯更新,最高贷款额度由50万元提升至70万元,多子女家庭购买二套房享受首套贷款额度待遇。从购房、租房到装修、物业费,使用场景的拓展让公积金更深入地融入民众日常居住生活。  2026年1至7月,全区累计为2.56万户家庭发放公积金贷款109.60亿元,贷款户数、金额同比分别增长20.1%、21.2%。  今年,南宁市重启“商转公”业务以来,截至6月4日,累计受理商转公贷款1335笔,涉及金额7.31亿元。贵港市恢复该项业务后,市场反响同样热烈,日均接待相关咨询超200件,已收到近100户缴存人申请。
